Impressed by her valour, Lord Vishnu blessed her with the boon that devotees observing fasting on Ekadashi would attain salvation (Moksha).
Rituals and Observances
Fasting: Devotees undertake a day-long fast, refraining from grains, lentils, and certain vegetables. Some observe a Nirjala fast (without water) for enhanced spiritual merit.
